Experiences to transform your body mind
Yoga Brunch:
Flow, Nourish, Connect
May 11th & June 8th | 9-11.30am | Delight Café Bar
I am beyond excited to share this new event with you!
Before I began my yoga life, I spent many years in the restaurant industry, developing a lifelong passion for food. To me, there is something sacred about gathering around a table—a shared ritual of nourishment and connection that beautifully mirrors the unity we cultivate in yoga practice.
With this event, I’m thrilled to bring my two great loves together: mindful movement and soul-satisfying food.
We’ll begin with a 75-minute, mixed-level yoga practice designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised, and refreshed. You can expect my signature blend of creative flow, mudra, mantra, and gentle restoration—accessible to all, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice.
Afterward, we’ll continue the experience of self-care and connection over a leisurely brunch . Especially for Blue Lotus Yogis, you’ll have access to a specially curated menu featuring a delicious selection of fresh, nourishing dishes. Choose from options like nutritious poke bowls, smashed avocado with eggs, fluffy omelettes, with vegan choices readily available. Complement your meal with your choice of delicious coffee or fresh juice, making it the perfect way to refuel and refresh your body after practice.
But this event is about more than just movement and food—it’s about community. Yoga brings us into deeper connection with ourselves, and sharing a meal afterward offers a chance to extend that connection outward. It’s an opportunity to slow down, share stories, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being present with others.
What better way to start a Sunday than by nurturing both body and soul?

Nourish & Restore with SLOW:
Somatic Luminous Optimal Wellness
Discover the Power of Yin Yoga to Nourish & Restore
As spring moves toward early summer, our energy begins to shift—calling us to replenish, rehydrate, and reconnect with our inner reserves. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the perfect time to focus on the Kidney meridian, which governs vitality, longevity, emotional resilience, and the water element in the body.
This April and May, our beloved SLOW series—Somatic Luminous Optimal Wellness—returns with a new seasonal theme: Deep Nourishment & Vitality, guiding you to align with nature’s rhythm through Yin yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation.
While spring inspires movement and renewal, it also demands strong roots. The Kidney meridian is considered the foundation of your life force energy, and Yin yoga provides the ideal practice to support, soothe, and restore.
Why SLOW Down With The Kidney Meridian?
This season can pull our energy outward—through activity, stimulation, and constant “doing.” But when we pause and ground ourselves intentionally, we:
🌊
Support Kidney Energy: Replenish your body’s core vitality, support your lower back, bones, and joints, and nourish the adrenals.
🌊
Build Emotional Resilience: Release fear and anxiety, and connect with your innate strength and steadiness.
🌊
Balance Water Element: Hydrate the body’s tissues and encourage better flow of fluids and energy.
🌊
Deepen Rest & Recovery: Create space for stillness and rejuvenation with gentle somatics, floor-based Yin poses and long-held shapes.

This nourishing 4-week series is lovingly designed to help you:
