This March and April, our SLOW series—Somatic Luminous Optimal Wellness—returns with a Spring Activation theme, guiding you to harmonize with the season through Yin yoga, mindful movement, and breathwork.

Spring invites us to shed the heaviness of winter and embrace clarity and vitality, but it’s also a time when stagnant energy can surface. Yin yoga offers the perfect antidote, allowing you to gently cleanse and revitalize while cultivating a deep sense of calm and presence.
